Principal, Registered Tax Agent, Fellow of the Institute of Public Accounts and Member of the National Tax and Accountants Association
Tannous first opened the doors to this practice back in 1991, after gaining significant work experience at numerous local accounting firms. It was his drive an determination that quickly saw the expansion of this client base and the growth of the business into what it is today.
Tannous is a registered tax agent, accredited member of the National Tax and Accountants Association (NTAA), and a Fellow at the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). He is your small-to-medium size business tax specialist, having looked after local and national businesses for more than 20 years. Tannous is exceptionally thorough in his work, his knowledge is vast and his experience unparalleled.
In his spare time, Tannous likes to read and keep educated on local and international affairs.

Helen Francis Sara JP
Bachelor of Commerce – Professional Accounting (Macq) and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)
Helen began her career as a tax accountant after graduating from Macquarie University in 2012, but has been part of the TY Francis team since 2008. She has since gained her CPA accreditation, Tax Agent licence and Public Practice Certificate from CPA Australia.
Her specialties include individual and small business compliance and planning, and all individual tax matters.
She is also an accredited XERO specialist advisor, and fluent in other cloud based accounting programs such as MYOB and QuickBooks.
Helen enjoys binge watching her favourite TV shows – currently, “The Blacklist” -, getting into the outdoors and spending time with her husband and their pet cat, Archer.
